This year’s big draw theme is animation. Animation requires a lot of drawing so get ready for a mammoth fun drawing session!

We will make stop frame films, flipper books and other forms of animation like rotoscoping and thaumatropes, we might even try building a zoetrope or two if time allows. All the materials are provided for free so just bring yourself and some enthusiasm to draw.

The big draw sessions will take place on the 21st and 22nd of October from 10am to 4pm. And it’s FREE!

If you want to get involved just turn up on the day.

Please bring a packed lunch and something to drink if you plan on staying for a while or visit the many fine and varied eating establishments nearby (HMHB, The Edge, Poffleys to name but 3)

The work will be on display throughout the week until 29th October. On Friday 27th October we will have an open evening to celebrate and look at the work (5 – 7pm).
