Judith Douglas is a contemporary folk artist. She trained as a textile designer and teacher in Leicester and at Goldsmiths College. She has lectured in further education and worked as an art therapist. She now produces one-off ceramic pieces. These bring together her love of pattern and natural forms. Her influences include English traditional folk art and living by the sea.
