I carve stone into abstract simple forms inspired by the beautiful curves found in nature. My work aims to be tactile with smoothly sanded soft surfaces countered by chiselled textures with tool marks and areas of raw stone. I work with Indian stones including granite, marble and soft stone, limestone from this country and alabaster.
