This show is by Folio 14, a group of local artists who have been meeting for the last ten years. This exhibition is called Decade to commemorate this anniversary.

Folio 14 meets on a fortnightly basis at The Hastings Contemporary studio space to explore, exchange and experiment with new ideas, mediums and materials.

The group has a diverse artistic and creative background, and includes artists, architects, interior and landscape designers and more…

The aim of the group is to inspire and support participant’s individual art making. A brief, or topic is set and then art is created in response to this brief, individually, but together. This allows for peer-to-peer discussion, sharing of advice, insight and knowledge.
