Chris Roskell presents a selection of his very latest works. Chris describes his work:

“My work is essentially abstract, but insofar as there is any subject represented it is my response to landscape, and since moving to Hastings, the sea.

My principal interest however is the activity of painting, (mostly using the medium of water based acrylics.)
The attempt to animate and inhabit a fictive two dimensional space.
I am trying to find some kind of visual metaphor that will be rich enough for what one might call a reality.”
